Participants will be able to conduct better functioning meetings. By learning to identify meeting outcomes they will identify the category of meeting they want to hold as well as organize and conduct a focused meeting for a variety of participants. Academy participants will also be able to decide when facilitation skills are useful and skills to facilitate when appropriate.
Refunds will be issued only to participants who call the ROE seven (7) business days before the start date of the program or if the program is cancelled. Additionally, within this seven (7) business day period, registrations are non-transferable and may not be applied to a different program or a later offering.
