Refunds will be issued only to participants who call the ROE seven (7) business days before the start date of the program or if the program is cancelled. Additionally, within this seven (7) business day period, registrations are non-transferable and may not be applied to a different program or a later offering. All fees will be fully refunded if a program is canceled by the ROE. Approved refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee based on the original workshop cost.
