Leadership calls for changing people's behaviors. Influencers are those leaders who understand how to create rapid, profound, and sustainable behavior change. Participants will apply, practice, discuss, and reflect on the 3 keys to Influence as they tap into and reflect on the 6 sources of influence that both motivate and enable the vital behaviors.
Once all components of the Academy are completed, the Kane County ROE will process the Academy within 30 days and the participant will receive an email once the processing is completed. Participants of the online Administrator Academy must have all requirements completed by June 15, 2027, allowing time for review and processing with ISBE, in order for them to receive their annual Administrator Academy credit for the 2026-2027 school year. All academies completed after June 15, 2027 will be awarded to the following 2027-2028 school year.
