This workshop will focus on conducting a spring review of their School Improvement Plan (SIP). Participants will analyze implementation progress, review evidence of impact, and assess the effectiveness of current strategies in advancing student outcomes. Leaders will identify areas of progress and persistent challenges, refine action steps, and strengthen monitoring systems to ensure alignment with end-of-year goals.

Participants will have a one-hour lunch break on their own.
