This workshop will support the transition from reflection to strategic action as they prepare for the final stretch of the school year. Participants will explore how to prioritize high-impact practices, re-engage staff around shared goals, and strengthen systems that support sustained student growth and achievement. Through collaborative discussion and activities, leaders will identify opportunities to celebrate progress, address persistent barriers, and create intentional next steps that build momentum toward meaningful end-of-year outcomes and long-term continuous improvement efforts.

Participants will have a one-hour lunch break on their own.
