Accountability Redesign Series - The Second 45 Days: Midyear Reflection & Quarterly Review of Your SIP

Participants will reflect on and evaluate the midyear implementation of their School Improvement Plan (SIP). Participants will examine progress-monitoring practices, analyze evidence of implementation and impact, and identify opportunities for adjustment and refinement as they move into the second half of the school year. Participants will explore strategies for maintaining momentum, strengthening accountability systems, and ensuring improvement efforts remain focused, actionable, and aligned to student needs.

Participants will have a one-hour lunch break on their own.
