This workshop is designed to increase School Improvement and Building Leadership Team capacity for effectively leading conversations around summative designations, accountability data, and school improvement planning. Participants will explore strategies for communicating accountability outcomes with clarity and confidence, strengthening leadership team collaboration, and building a culture of shared ownership around continuous improvement efforts.

Participants will have a one-hour lunch break on their own.
