This course will start on time, so please be prompt. Late arrivals will not be permitted once the training has started. Absolutely NO children allowed in class or in the waiting area. Cancellations/Refunds will be issued only to participants who call the ROE four (4) business days before the start date of the class or if the class is canceled.
