Adaptive Schools Seminar

Throughout the four days (May 8th, May 29th - May 31st,) participants will: • Develop skills to become adaptive through successful, collaborative conversations with their teammates. • Extend their repertoire of facilitation strategies • Organize meetings so that they are learning opportunities for all stakeholders • Develop ways to value and use dissension, argument and conflict • Obtain tools, concepts, and strategies to transfer from the workshops to the work place • Develop an increased capacity to initiate, develop and sustain high functioning groups

This workshop is specially designed to support site administrators, teachers, district, and agency personnel and staff developers who convene and manage work teams, site councils, shared decision making groups and faculty groups.

The $80 registration fee will go towards meal service. Refunds will be issued only to participants who call the ROE seven (7) business days before the start date of the program, or if the program is canceled.
