AA#3901: Equity Literate Leadership

Participants in this course will explore foundational principles and practices of equity literacy as a leader.
In conjunction with the district-wide commitment to equity, this academy will operationalize school
improvement goals and steps toward addressing recommendations from the district equity audit related
to student disparities, voice, and staff proficiency. Participants will analyze data, discover tools, and set
targeted benchmarks with action steps across the equity continuum.

Refunds will be issued only to participants who call the ROE seven (7) business days before the start date of the program or if the program is canceled.
