Participants will assess data sets that categorize direct and indirect exclusionary practices and chronic absenteeism within their educational environments; critique historically exclusionary practices, inclusion gaps, systemic barriers, and systemic issues in America's educational system; analyze professional practices that are rooted in implicit/explicit biases, prejudices, and/or stereotypes based on data sets & personal reflections; and evaluate plans to refine and/or strengthen inclusion practices to increase attendance and engagement for all stakeholder groups.

Refunds will be issued only to participants who call the ROE seven (7) business days before the start date of the program or if the program is canceled.
