Participants will understand how to proactively deal with the difficult conversations they often have with
staff, parents and other members of the educational community. Through the introduction of the DiSC
Behavioral Styles, individuals will be able to identify how they respond in stressful situations and how to
predict the behavior of others. In addition, participants will learn how to develop action plans to diffuse
conflicts and to restore damaged relationships. Upon completion of this course, administrators will be
able to proactively train their staff to manage difficult conversations and use peer support systems to
effectively integrate and sustain the strategies they have learned.

Refunds will be issued only to participants who call the ROE seven (7) business days before the start date of the program or if the program is canceled.
