Transforming the Difficult Child: The Nurtured Heart Approach

The Nurtured Heart Approach™ was initially created as a therapeutic intervention for acting out children. The approach is intended to help adults engage with challenging children in strategic ways that "hijacks" them into a successful relationship with others. As the NHA success has grown, its application has extended into schools, the workplace, foster care settings and other settings where relationships are central. In this workshop, school staff and administrators will be given the tools, strategies and framework for generating success in both adults and students at every level within the school. Learn how the approach supports, not replaces, other behavioral initiatives to get the best possible outcomes.
