AA#3871 - Dialogue Is The Difference: Lead Crucial Conversations

This course provides educators strategies and skills to effectively disagree rather than avoid or ignore conflict. Educators will turn disagreement into dialogue for improved relationships and results. Participants will apply, practice, discuss, and reflect on the 9 powerful skill sets to master dialogue.

Once all components of the Academy are completed, the Kane County ROE will process the Academy within 30 days and the participant will receive an email once the processing is completed.

Participants of the online Administrator Academy must have all requirements completed by June 15, 2023, allowing time for review and processing with ISBE, in order for them to receive their annual Administrator Academy credit for the 2022-2023 school year. All academies completed after June 15, 2023 will be awarded to the following 2023-2024 school year.
