AA#1555: Practical Guidance on Section 504: Developing a Defensible Plan

Participants will understand and identify the legal mandates under Section 504; identify the differences
between Section 504 and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004; and
outline the proper procedures to follow in the development of a Section 504 Plan. There is a pre-class
assignment that will take 1.5 hours.



Refunds will be issued only to participants who call the ROE seven (7) business days before the start date of the program or if the program is canceled.
