Participants will analyze and determine personal educational equity and racial literacy experiences that impact professional behavior and student success; articulate the difference between equity and equality and relate their learning to their individual school settings; recognize the way racism impacts ALL student populations (homogenous and diverse) and analyze those characteristics in their school setting; and identify equity and racial resources within their respective learning environments to connect with student needs. Refunds will be issued only to participants who call the ROE seven (7) business days before the start date of the program or if the program is canceled.
