Adaptive Schools Seminar

This 4 day training (9/13/18, 9/14/18, 2/7/19 & 2/8/19) explores what makes teams effective and how to develop skills as facilitators and informed group members in informal and formal settings, in small and large groups. It takes participants beyond the idea of professional learning communities to the actual implementation, describing specific ways to weave the collaborative fabric of a faculty, develop group member skills, and acquire the principle and understandings to engage in a continuous cycle of team and individual improvement.

This workshop is specially designed to support site administrators,
teachers, district, and agency personnel and staff developers who
convene and manage work teams, site councils, shared decision making
groups and faculty groups.

Refunds will be issued only to participants who call the ROE five (5) business days before the start date of the program, or if the program is canceled.
